Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Uply: Wash to Wake ("Uply", "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

Uply: Wash to Wake is an iOS alarm application designed to help users wake up by requiring completion of physical wake-up missions before the alarm can be dismissed. The App is developed and published by Abdul Rehman.

Current wake-up missions include:

• Wash to Wake: The user must wash their face with water and present their wet face to the camera. The App uses on-device image analysis to detect visual moisture cues.
• Pushups: The user must complete a set number of pushups. The App uses on-device body-pose tracking to verify rep completion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Uply. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet the age requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent or defeat the wake-up mission verification system

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Available Plans

4.2 Free Trial

Monthly and Annual plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID will be charged.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge will be applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.4 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Uply and tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the period expires.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Uply cannot process refunds directly.

4.6 Free Tier

Uply offers a free tier with limited features. The free tier includes advertisements served by Google AdMob and provides access to basic alarm functionality with the standard Wash to Wake mission and classic alarm tones.

5. Premium Features

Uply Premium unlocks the following features:

• Unlimited alarm schedules and weekday configurations
• All 15+ premium alarm tones
• Verified Wash to Wake face scan with anti-cheat protection
• Live Pushup mission with AI body-pose tracking
• Wake history, streak tracking, and performance graphs
• Ad-free experience (no banner or interstitial ads)
• Home screen widgets (Streak Tracker and Next Alarm)

6. App Functionality & Limitations

6.1 Screen Time & App Blocking

If you enable the "Prevent Scrolling" or "Prevent App Deletion" features, Uply uses Apple's Family Controls framework to temporarily restrict access to other apps during an active alarm. These restrictions are:

• Only active during your scheduled alarm window
• Automatically removed once you complete your wake-up mission
• Controlled entirely by Apple's Screen Time system — Uply does not access or monitor your app usage data
• Optional — you can disable these features at any time in alarm settings

6.2 Alarm Reliability

Uply uses Apple's local notification system and background audio to deliver alarms. While we design for maximum reliability, alarm delivery depends on iOS system behavior. We recommend:

• Keeping the App installed (not offloaded)
• Granting notification permissions
• Not enabling Focus modes that may silence Uply notifications
• Not relying on Uply as your only alarm for safety-critical situations

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or cheat the mission verification systems
• Use the App to harass, harm, or endanger yourself or others
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Uply are the exclusive property of Abdul Rehman or their respective licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services:

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them independently.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of wet-face detection or pushup counting
• That alarms will fire under all iOS conditions and configurations
• Compatibility with all current or future iOS versions

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abdul Rehman and Uply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed alarms, or any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abdul Rehman and Uply from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence to the extent required by Apple.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked immediately.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other means.
